YOU LAZY AFRICAN INTELLECTUAL

Somebody please confirm otherwise. Aren’t we lazy in tackling development issues even with the increasing number of literacy levels in Kenya? It is the African intellectuals who do not dream big and are too lazy to save Africa from the nightmare called 'DEBT' and poor infrastructure and unstable economy. The poor Africans are the most hardworking, who toil and strive to live better lives.

The education we cannot stop pursuing only brainwashes us to think white collar jobs, office life, 8 to 5PM job, and when we go to bed we do not dream ‘big’. You the educated African is lazy to think far to a stable Africa, and is selfish, all you want is a car, a mansion, a spouse, and two kids, and you do not give a damn how Agriculture, and tourism has been affected over the years.

We have imprisoned our own selves into silly dreams and are comfortable to live as far as our little dreams. We want the other person to make it a better place and be the first to tell the tale. It is annoying that we are not what our kids look up to. Go ahead and ask a teenager who inspires them, do not be shocked if it is not you as a parent or any African leaders? They all want to be as big as someone in the West. Who will be that African role model besides those who fought for our independence?

We all want to fly oversees to further our Education in the Western schools whom the West have made them great. We are too lazy to make our own stand out. It starts from as little things as changing schools for you kids, when you take them to the better school in a different neighborhood, why can’t you improve the one in your neighborhood so as your kids and others will not have to go too far? Why is it so hard for us to think, put down our ideas, and following them up to implementation? Why do we forget too soon the development promises only to vote in the top most corrupt officials into power and praise them for it???

WE GOT AFRICA TO PUSH TO SUSTAINABILITY, WAKE UP, TIME FOR REVOLUTION!! I AM A YOUTH, I AM AFRICA!!
